Happy New Year Jennifer! What is your biggest fitness resolution for 2018? Nutrition resolution?
My fitness resolution is to do an unassisted pull-up – I’ve always wanted to be able to do that! My nutrition resolution is to get on point with my macros consistently.

Surprise us!! What’s one thing we don’t know about you or your fitness journey yet?
I fell in love with fitness when I had children back to back at the age of 19 and went on to get an associates in exercise physiology.

What is one new exercise you’ve experimented with since joining TFN that you’re surprised to find you love?

Hip thrusts! I love the results, seriously.

In the year 3000, there is no longer such thing as mass-farming. People must catch their own food, which at times, means climbing tall trees in order to hunt. You’re lucky – you have 3 large oak trees in your backyard with some EXCELLENT climbable branches, so it’s often up to you to climb those tall trees and hunt for your community. What ONE exercise did you do to build up so much full body strength?
Renegade rows. They have brought my strength to another level!

Since joining the #TFNTEAM, what has been your biggest NSV?
This is kind of big – I donated all of the clothes that I was holding onto from my eating disorder days. I refuse to treat my body that way ever again, and choose to live a healthier lifestyle – and that means not fitting into those clothes that are too little!

What’s your fave high protein snack?
Fage 0% Greek yogurt, yum!

What one word would you use to describe your experience as a member of the #TFNTEAM?

In 50 words or less, tell us what a day in your life looks like.
Guzzle water, have 1 to 2 cups of coffee, and either training immediately or start homeschooling with my daughter. I’ll get a workout in later in the day (I’m trying to get in the gym as much as possible). Then, dinner with the family and a recovery meeting!

As related to health and wellness, what is your mantra?
Never quit trying!
