As related to health and wellness, what is your mantra?
I get asked all the time how much more weight I am going to lose. My reply always is this, “I don’t want to be skinny, I want to be strong. I am going to keep working out and eating healthy. I am not worried what the scale says”.

What is one new exercise you’ve experimented with since joining TFN that you’re surprised to find you love?
Hip thrusts (in all forms) !! Never done them before TFN and love it!!!

In 50 words or less, tell us what a day in your life looks like.
I start off with working out at the gym between 4:30 and 5:00 am, get my 3 kiddos off to school, work my full-time job, evenings are chores and mom duties. Adding to my days, I occasionally work as a freelance MUA and model for makeup for Notoriously Morbid cosmetics.

What’s the next big milestone goal you’re currently working towards in TFN?
I love that my stomach is shrinking. I used to be 44 inches around at my widest point (belly button area), now I am at 34 inches. My goal is to focus on adding more core work in and adding in some yoga to help reduce my stomach.

Surprise us!! What’s one thing we don’t know about you or your fitness journey yet?
I am an ink addict! I have over 20 large tattoos pieces. I am currently working on my sleeve. Once I get to a point where I met my fitness goals, I am going to finish my back tattoo. Currently ½ of my back is covered.

What’s your favourite high protein snack?
I love Quest bars.

You’ve been chosen to participate in NASA’s next manned space expedition to Mars, where you’ll undergo lots of manual labor as you help build our first Martian city. Even though gravity is less there, the building blocks of our city are large, heavy, awkward materials. What ONE exercise would you use to prepare for this mission?
Deadlifts!! I just feel strong and like a super strong chick after doing sets of them.

Since joining the #TFNTEAM, what has been your biggest NSV?
Going from a size 10/12 to a size 6.

How would you describe your experience as a member of the #TFNTEAM?!
I love the #TFNTEAM. All the girls are uplifting and inspiring. I love that we all have different lives, but can relate on goals and support each other.
