Oh...hello there👋. You caught me off guard. I was just admiring this space that I call my body. I gotta say - it's pretty cool how this "thing" just keeps going. When I feed it happy thoughts, it goes. When I feed it healthy foods, it goes. Even when I'm not so nice to my body...when I don't give it enough rest, when I fail to properly fuel it, or when I say not so nice things about it..it just. keeps. going. HOW FRICKEN COOL (and badass😎) IS THAT?! Part of what I think makes me perform well under pressure is that I'm hyper-critical of everything I do. This is good from a no-details-missed standpoint, but it can definitely wear me down over the course of a project. After editing over 100 videos, I'm *nearly* ready to release the two projects I mentioned in my latest YouTube video. Sooo as I take this lil break to lolligag on Instagram I just figured I'd remind myself (and remind you) to be nice to yourself today even if you're feeling stressed out, run down, or a lil less than hot.
